How do I withdraw money from Singapore Pools?
Withdrawal of funds from your Singapore Pools Account is done at any branch. However, you need to submit a withdrawal request before paying a visit. There are two ways to process and submit such a request: online and over the phone.
For online requests, you just simply need to login to your account and select “Withdrawals” on the left navigation. Complete the form with your desired withdrawal amount, confirm your password, and click “Submit”. Doing it by phone, you just need to call 6786 6688 and press 1 for “Personal Account Matters”.
